Restaurant Assistant/Summer Job/Temporary Employment

What are we looking for?

We are now looking for several colleagues who want to join us this summer with joy and positivity!

We have a wonderful stream of diverse visitors at our unique workplace among the history of the railway!

The job includes preparation and serving of light food and beverages, cash handling, keeping the workplace and restaurant clean and tidy, and of course providing excellent service to our visitors!

About Restaurant Ångpannan

Restaurant Ångpannan is located at the Railway Museum in Gävle. Here we serve a varied selection depending on the season.

During the peak season, we are open every day from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Take the opportunity to meet us and introduce yourself at the Job and Education Fair in Gävle, which takes place on March 12th from 1 PM to 4 PM at Monitorp ERP Arena!

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is an advantage
• You take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service throughout the day
• Good service is important to you, where a smile and eye contact are a given
• You take initiative and are flexible in your professional role
• You have no problem working independently as well as in a team
• You enjoy planning and structuring your work to make it efficient
• You see your importance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating
• You speak and write Swedish
• AM or B driver's license is an advantage
